Medical Visa

A medical visa is a specific kind of visa that allows the holder to enter a nation in order to receive medical treatment there. Many patients from all over the world travel abroad for medical care. This can be the case if they want to see a certain doctor who is based abroad or if certain therapies are not available in their home country. Short-term stays are typically allowed under medical visas to cover the length of the treatment. Some nations also grant medical visas to patients’ friends and family members (usually friends, family, or care takers).
